No it's recent. You really have to be able to appreciate a) Dynasty Warriors style games and b) old anime. If you can't, Ken's Rage is not for you.

That's funny, cause the button layout, enviroments, movesets and developer have OmegaForce written all over them
Seriously though, I can see why you might think Final Fight - seeing as it also had muscle bound characters, but strip away the graphics and this is classic OmegaForce with a a little more linearity pumped in.
