The used cars are all the old upscaled GT3 and GT4 cars, it's a clever system!

Re: Gran Turismo 5
Seen mostly positive reviews, though there is a general sense of disappointment mostly due to an inconsistent feel throughout the game. Some cars and tracks are stunning while others are ugly, the game itself is very strong but menus and online multiplayer are difficult to navigate.
Not played it myself but this is what i hear. Not one for casual racing fans

Re: Gran Turismo 5
I really like the game but I have to admit there is some tiny flaws in the game that should of been sorted out.
The main menu is simple to navigate it just looks confusing at first as there is a lot there but it gets easier quickly and my brother is a casual racing fan (as he rarely even plays any games now days) and his got on fine with it and his even completed more then me already

Takes about an hour? but you can install while you play plus it still installs stuff at times for me.
Its a good game, my brother will probably take over the ps3 at times

Re: Gran Turismo 5
Its a fantastic game then the driving licences are just as annoying and there's challenges as well now which are fun but aggravatingly hard haha
And I be up for that if I get the chance my brother took over my ps3 all night didn't get off until like half 10 sad times.

The damage model doesn't really effect me as I drive in dashboard view plus I've never been fussed since the first GT

GT5 is a great game but I do find its a bit slow at times like I need a truck or American muscle car but there is none for sale its annoying!

Re: Gran Turismo 5
Apparently, they're going to try and upgrade some of the standard cars to Premium in future updates, but no details on what when and how many.
What the hell were they doing all this time?

Re: Gran Turismo 5
I would laugh, but it doesn't even seem like they have any knowledge of the existence of any racing game that's been released in the last 5 years. Tons of little details and features that have been introduced since GT4, hell some even since Prologue, just missing completely.
I've come to the conclusion that either they've been in some kind of Developer cave all this time, or they better share what they've been smoking.

I actually agree, Forza 3 is far better then GT5 in my opinion. Its more polished, more cars, better customisation. I cant see what they have been doing all these years either!
