basically you install a piece of software called hotshot shield wizard which when you log into their webpage removes some of your ISP data allowing you to watch Hulu..
so much easier to use and set up then then TOR (The Onion Router)
I am not sure how stable the software is etc so you know try it if you want.
i have and it works!
the down side is when using hotspot shield you get a little advert in the top of your browser window.
well seeing as chuck is leaving Channel one I can get my fix else where
